His entire career at Texas he beat a higher seed ONCE

It really is perplexing how bad he is in the tournament for a hall of fame coach.

He's a great coach, just can't get over the hump. Tells you how hard it actually is. Izzy only has one.

You just hired a coach with zero final 4s and has been coaching for 20 years.
Miller couldn’t make a final 4 at a much much better basketball program than Texas.

This. People downplay how tough this tourney. Look at coach k, Roy Williams, Bill self's records in the tourney. It's challenging. Should Barnes have more hardware for the programs he's been cranking out for decades? Probably but regularly making that far means something too

I bet Texas fires Sark before he wins anything.
texass problem has always been their entitlement. They theink they deserve titles so they are always too quick to fire coaches but the reality is they never sustain success.

Jim Calhoun doesn't get nearly enough credit for this. He took UConn to the tournament 18 times and got at least to the second weekend in 13 of them.
