Niblett was a member of the '92 national championship team at Alabama.
He posted a 171-26 record and won six state championships as head coach at Hoover for 14 years (following Rush Propst), and has spent the past few seasons with Gainesville High School in Georgia.

I have spent a little time around Niblett and he is alright. I never saw him treat anyone bad or been unfair to anyone.
The other side if that is he had a very high opinion of himself even before he had all the championships at Hoover. So I can only imagine what he is like now.

Hoover people will tell you he was more arrogant than Propst. Propst when talking 1 on 1 was very easy going outside of football per Hoover fans.
Both are elite coaches.

Good hire by Deion. Hoovers fans never appreciated Niblett because he wasn’t Propst.

Propst was twice the coach but a nightmare off the field.

Niblett does look like the kind of guy that makes questionable comments to high school girls and will eventually get caught cheating on his wife with one of his daughter’s 18 year old friends that he’s known since she was a kid.

The guy in the thumbnail is Ross Wilson, who went on to play baseball at Alabama.
His brother John Parker was of course a QB and later color commentator for Alabama football, one of the original icons of Bama Bangs everywhere.
