Should win the Heisman this season. I was just thinking about how good this kid was last season. He put up nearly 900 yards receiving…with Jalen Milroe as his quarterback. He was only 17.

First 2 responses came from fans of teams that went a combined 0-4 vs Milroe which is understandable why they would think we’d have a drop off in quality quarterback play. But believe me when I tell you that all 3 scholarship quarterbacks are better, more consistent quarterbacks and better fits for the scheme that Ryan Grubb will be running

Damn 4 is how many games Milroe lost with the best roster in college football last season.

So they're planning to start a true freshman? And Williams is going to win the Heisman?

Jeremiah Smith will get more Heisman consideration than that stick figure Somalian Williams

The first sentence is a bit questionable, although I think the freshman is more than capable, but why did you use a question mark on the second statement?

Better NFL prospect because of his size. Dude is a freak, but I think you’re going to look pretty dumb when you see the numbers Ryan Williams will put up if he stays healthy. How many times have we seen an underaged true freshman come into the toughest conference in the nation and put up nearly 1,000 yards receiving with an average(at best) passer? Doesn’t happen much

11 responses. Some of us are capable of having a football conversation during basketball season, although I don’t blame Auburn fans for trying to forget that football is a sport. Your basketball team is awesome though

Then why didn't they play last year?

The best qb on the roster was playing in high school last year. He may actually be starting by the time your team rolls up on the schedule, but even Jalen Milroe didn’t have a problem dominating LSU
