Three years ago when Burrow and Chase were in the Superbowl and LSU fans were excited about it Bama fans would say, “All LsU fans have is their players NFL success.”
Fast forward to last night:
“Hurts, Dickerson, and Smitty(which is still cringy when I hear 40 year old white dudes call a 20 yr old by his nickname) are built by Bama.”
“We can claim Hurts because He won a superbowl”.
Ahhh the hypocrisy. Hate to see how bad it would get if Bama’s baseball team starts winning.

Absurd that they claim Hurts because he has a degree and 2 SECCG from Bama.
After that, they said he wasn't good enough, and unceremoniously pushed him aside for a jelly-brained QB.

Alabama fans always loved Jalen , he was and will always be a bama player in most bama fans eyes. Tua was a better fit for the scheme we were running at the time. We never wanted him to leave , but we understood why he left. No hard feelings, most pulled for him at Oklahoma, Jalen loves Alabama , he met his wife at bama, his kids will probably be bama fans . He reps bama shirts all the time he say roll sooner all the time. He is a respectful human being and both Oklahoma and bama fans love him. LSU fans who can't understand that too bad.

The overwhelming majority of SEC football fans would say college basketball doesn't matter. It clearly isn't as popular as college football. That isn't some amazing statement.
Making a Final Four is good for current recruiting classes, but it won't mean much after Nate Oats leaves. At least it removes a talking point from morons.

There is a fatal flaw in your logic: Alabama fans don't just have former players' NFL success to fall back on. We also have a very successful football program.

They were belly aching all night last night, too.
