Softball season starts today

To me, softball is the best women’s sport. Especially for those of us who don’t watch much basketball, seeing a spring sport get started is refreshing.
Oklahoma are defending and perennial softball champs, surely you Sooner fans keep up with it; teach us the way.

My daughter and I enjoy watching Oklahoma just absolutely dominate in softball. That is a fun team to watch.

Yep. A real sport that requires strategy and skill. You can’t just kill the clock, you have to get all of the outs to win a game.

Lesson for the pitcher. 2 out, 2 on and count is 0-2. And she served up a homer ball, can’t do that when you have 4 pitches to work with. OU will go thru some growing pains with the roster changes this year. Will be hard to get #9 and a great chance for someone else to steal a trophy.
Way early and we’ll see what Patty can do with this team as they learn.
