Will he be able to with probation? I’m not to familiar with what he’ll be able to do, I know it’s not house arrest or anything.
Does Tuggle leave now?

Probation, in and of itself without a specific condition, would not prevent him from playing. That's completely up to him and UGA.

I imagine it’s a “You’re good to participate and play son, but you so much as fart in the wrong direction and you’re gone”

Here is a statement from the Solicitor General:
“The only evidence to support this conclusion is an affidavit that, according to the victim, was prepared by the Defendant’s attorney. While my office does not comment on pending cases, now that the case is closed, it should be noted that during our investigation of the incident, we found no credible reason to believe the victim had been untruthful to the police. She was consistent throughout, in multiple statements to the police, to medical staff, to her family, and to staff in my office.”

Occam's razor suggests she found out real quick there's no baby-daddy money if baby-daddy is in jail or can't play football, so she recanted swiftly.

it's never okay to rough up a woman, and the solicitor general felt good and confident that young roughed up a woman, according to the quote in op's post. if you're a solicitor and you feel strongly about that, there needs to be punishment. this ain't the 1800s or even the 1900s. (my caps lock button is fricking up)

Exceptions limited to a really sharp knife or a loaded gun (not counting primitive weapons like swords and ninja stars, etc.). That's literally it, however.

What about a baseball bat with nails driven through it?

What's her grip on the bat look like? Limp wristed and lacking in confidence, or 1998 Sammy Sosa?
also, is there a big table or a car that she can chase you around in circles until she gets tired?

This wasn't the ultra-liberal DA. She didn't handle the case, AND she was voted out.

While I agree with you about liberal prosecutors, as well as any liberal, being in your own domicile is not a defense. Lots of violent crimes happen in someone's domicile.

So he was sitting in his own place minding his own business, when trouble came to him?
Yeah, you have a messed up view. This woman is anything but credible and she likely went there looking for trouble
I won't blame him for her behaviour
