I actually might take the points on the Texas and Aggies. Head to head. I could see Aggies winning this my more than 1.5 pretty easily.

Good game Florida!
This win keeps you in the hunt.

Not so fast my friend. You have to go out and earn the wins in this conference. Georgia can most definitely beat Florida today. Basketball is different from football. You are going to lose games and even have losing streaks. It is way too early to lose faith in your team.

Thank you for the vote of confidence, but we’ve seen this script before.
I could see us keeping the game around the spread, but could also see a bad beat down.(bad for GA that is)

Have you seen this script before? Need I remind you of last season's game in the O'Dome?
Fla tops Ga in OT after blowing 21 point lead
Watch the games, they are usually competitive. You just need to get out of what I call the football mindset, where a loss used to be almost impossible to overcome. Sometimes you see some really good stuff. Georgia has a good, young team that is going to have some growing pains, but is also going to have some really good games.
I would add that UF was also an 11.5 point favorite over Missouri a week and a half ago and we know what happened there.

I 100% get all of that. But, as improved as they’ve been this year, they’re still not in the tier of AU, UA, UF, TN. The offense, or lack thereof, will not allow them to compete at that level, or on the road at any level.

Bookmarked.
And even though you may not be quite to the level you speak of, you can certainly beat any of these teams on a given day. So I am not trying to be disagreeable, just pointing out that Georgia will play a lot of good basketball going forward. Sometimes it may not result in a win, but only because the SEC is so tough this year.

Latest Bracketology has 13 SEC teams in.
SEC bubble watch:
Texas has about as favorable of a remaining SEC schedule as possible. They would only need to beat 1 more of their ranked home opponents (Texas A&M, Miss St, Kentucky or Alabama) and win the remaining games in which they're favorites to get to 9-9.
Oklahoma, on the other hand, only has a few games they'll be favorites in the rest of the way. Their path is very steep without a win at Arkansas today.

Also this.
Georgia defensively poses the same problems for us that Mzzou and Carolina did. If I was a betting man, I would load up on UGA and 11.5 points.

Tennessee is likely without one of our top scorers, Jordan Gainey, today due to the Flu. That's a big blow for the Vols. Someone is going to have to step up in his absence or this one could get away from us pretty quick. He's also our secondary point guard when Zakai isn't on the court.
