On TV that crowd looked hyped. Enough to will their team to victory.

A&M wins, sits in the driver seat of the SEC and then proceeds to drive themselves off of a cliff.

It's like they came down from a massive high.

No, but there is truth that LSU’s defense gave us false hope against teams with better defenses.

Lol, every game LSU loses is labeled a “Big Game” after the fact by Kelly haters. Every game LSU wins is labeled “Not a Big Game” after the fact.

No, Texas was their “Super Bowl”

They probably expected to beat LSU in Kyle Field

Playing Devils Advocate:

Younger A&M Alums/Fans have learned to hate LSU. They brought more energy into Kyle Field for that game than they did for Texas.

Arkansas is our Super Bowl, can’t stand them winning, we go all in there.

"Super bowl" in this context is an overused term to make fans cope with losing

At LSU Brian Kelly is 5-7 against ranked opponents. I guess IF he was 7-5 he'd be a great coach in Big Games. Either way it's meh, but to say his teams don't win Big Games is just inaccurate.

2024: 1-3 vs. ranked opponents
2023: 1-3 vs. ranked opponents
2022: 2-2 vs. ranked opponents.

So 4-8 vs ranked teams.

BK is 1-2 vs A&M

A&M has a combined record of 20-18 in those 3 years :dogshit:

BK’s only victory against A&M was against an interim coach at home.

Downhill slide started when Moss got hurt. He could make a mediocre line look a lot better.

They couldn't handle the Cockpit the very next week in Columbia. Moss going down was huge. That kid was awesome to watch.

LSU missed 3 or 4 field goals as well that game. That had a lot to do with the outcome.

This time next year the aggy will have forgotten about LSU and have complete and total hatred for Texas as it has been in the past. It's the natural order of things for the aggy regardless of age. They will continue to expound on Texas cheating, buying referees, conference commissioners, Texas will destroy the conference, bemoan Texas easy schedule, etc., etc., etc. They are aggy, it's what they do, it's all they do, and they will never stop, ever.

Bro LSU is our rival. Don’t be weird and claim you’re our only rival bc you said so.

That game decimated the LSU fan base. I would say it was LSU’s Super Bowl.
