The BCS started the whole "bowl games are meaningless" trend, but they could still be entertaining.
Now it's a crapshoot with playoffs, transfers, and opt outs as to which team you're even going to see.

Well yeah its a glorified scrimmage but weve seen some extraordinary play from backups this bowl season. Its a turning of the page to next season
