I previously thought this would be a great game. However, I’m now starting to see this as Tennessee vs Ohio State v. 2.

I know Beck is out, but he really hasn’t done much all year that’s been greatly impressive. Georgia’s offense also doesn’t necessarily require Burrow or Daniels like QB play.

Also, I knew Notre Dame previously lost their All American CB, but I recently read that Notre Dame also lost a significant number of starters on both of their offensive and defensive lines — which only bodes ill for a matchup against Georgia.

Granted, I haven’t watched Notre Dame play since Labor Day weekend against Texas A&M, but what makes this team better than in year’s past? I still see a team filled with slow, undersized white guys. How do you see it? Given the injuries and the matchup, I now see that as Tennessee vs Ohio State v. 2. Notre Dame gets blasted like Tennessee did. What do you think?

UGA - 37
Notre Dame - 10

It’s not safe to bet that uga scores 37. I hope 20 is enough, as it was in 2017 and 2019.

Riley Mills, their All-American DLineman is out. 8 sacks and 9 tfl. That's pretty significant when you consider we're gonna have to rely more on the run game with Beck out.

I think they'll be pumped up and come ready to play, but our players for some reason seem to rally around Stockton like no other QB I've seen in a while. I think our D has a great game and the Frazier/Etienne combo does just enough..

UGA is the worst possible match up for ND.

They rely on the run and don’t throw well. They’re also light and thin across their front 7 especially defensive line—they just lost their team captain and best defensive lineman.

UGA is going to pivot from the tendencies all year where we were throw heavy and just mash them for 4 quarters. Close game at half and then blowout late in the 3rd.

This will be vintage Kirby.

I’m pulling for Georgia but I think without Beck they lose. He’s a damn good quarterback and without him for a championship run it’s going to be tough.

Becks stats are from him clawing his way out of his own messes .....had several great second halves that were possible to horrendous first halves

We also just lost 2 RB in a matter of 48 hours here. Starting to get thin

Although I agree with you. You need to lay off the white boys. They have been kicking some major arse and making a big difference the past few years. White kids were taught, for a few decades, they weren't as good as blacks. That's stigma is wearing off.

Exactly. Is the backup capable of doing the same thing? You Georgia fans would know this best. The big stage is rough on the nerves of a backup quarterback.

Stockton isn't going to overthink things and his legs will either move the ball in the run game or open passing lanes in the secondary. He has a big arm and if we hit a long play here or there our run game will devour Notre Dame.

I have more confidence in Gunner than I did in Beck.

Franilky, long as we have Etienne, Frazier, and Jones, I am good

The narrative that “the team just rallies around the backup QB who has that IT factor like we have never seen” seems very premature, especially if solely based on the 2nd half of the SECCG.

I think Georgia can win, but it’s going to be a close game and not very confidence inspiring going forward.

I think playing in the SECCG will be the reason UGA exits the playoffs earlier than they would have if they would have gone into the playoffs like Tenner did (due to QB and punter injury).

I’m just saying the lionizing of him some Uga fans are doing is premature. Lets see him play a full 4 quarters before crowning him an X-factor leader of hearts and minds that teammates just love and will run through brick walls for.

Maybe he is that.

Then again, maybe he’s not ready for a full 4 quarters.

I’ve read enough to realize you aren’t the most mentally stable, but do you realize you are resorting to an argument of “so you guys do it too!” to defend premature hype and/or irrationality (too early to say)?

Why do all your posts suggest that you have a weekly appointment with a psychiatrist who asks while holding up a plush Bevo, “can you show me on the Longhorn where he hurt you?”?
