Do you ever lean on lame excuses after a loss?

I never lean on excuses like the "refs screwed us", or the worst of all...injuries, after a loss. Is anyone on this board homo enough to admit that they do? I could...but I pride myself in NOT having chronic fagometric vaginosis.
A wise Bama fan that is no longer on this board told some other Bama posters when they were whining about injuries once that 'Championship teams have championship depth.' THAT my friends is true words of wisdom if ever they were spoken.
And as far as the refs, I've seen UGA lose where the refs had some bad calls. But to my observation, bad calls happen in all games and to both teams, so why complain?
I might be in the minority here, but when UGA loses I feel I have the testicular fortitude to admit, 'We got beat by a better team'. Can anyone else admit that?

Overall, yes. I admitted that we lost to the better team (Texas) this year.
However, against ND, I had a lot of excuses. I've moved past them now, but for a long time I was making excuses about injured QBs, new head coaches and coordinators, etc., etc. Do I think ND was the better team at the time? No. Am I going to make excuses for losing to them now? Also no.

I mean...sometimes sure. There have been hundreds of times where we were simply not as good. Growing up in the 90s that was true far more often than not.
But there are other times where we got beat by a far inferior team. The reasons for that may be numerous but I think it's illogical to pretend that every loss we ever suffer was to a better team.
