live in Jasper, I'm 50/50 right now. May buy a ticket, may sit at home to watch the play-off games. I'm torn

We went a couple of years ago when they played here. Told my wife we'd never do that again. Parking was a joke. Crowds were awful. I generally hate downtown Bham and especially hate anything that the city gov't has anything to do with.

Get there early. Police presence should be high with that many over-the-mountain folks down there to spend money, but keep your head on a swivel.

I will be there despite the pathetic venue, food, and parking.

But I will get to watch Tahaad get his first 30 point game as a Tiger.

I'm going because my folks live in Bham and anytime they play there, I come down from Nashville and take my mom and my cousin. Otherwise she'd never get to see them play.
F the playoffs, Auburn isn't playing. I catch it later.

The uptown area is fine, stop being so dramatic.

The parking will be a shitshow though.

I will be there with the wife and kids. Staying at the Westin. Will let the valet worry about parking.

I'm going with my son. This is the 5th or 6th time to see Auburn in the BJCC and I've never had a problem with parking.

Always go when we play there and it has always been a good time. Distinct from Neville Arena in the feel of the crowd, kinda cool to see us with a 90% Auburn contingent in a larger arena.

lol so dramatic. The entertainment areas in Bham are fine especially at that time. You won’t have a problem. Parking could be hard though so either get there early or Uber into the area.

Bham Breaks 1933 Homicide Record

But yes, I'm being dramatic. I already said the Bham PD will mobilize like Iwo Jima to take care of the tourist revenue stream, but you never know. Oh, I grew up here and lived here my whole life.
