McVay has to be a priority with Membou leaving for the draft.

Been reading about Moss alot. Do we want another QB with a so-so arm? Especially if he isnt very mobile.

Weigman. Arnold.

Or get Mensah or Salter or the ASU kid ...

No interest in another kid who can't stretch the field ...

Might take a look at Gunnar Gundy Mike Gundy’s boy for a back-up QB. He was at Okie State for 3 years, but transferred to Emporia State. Gunnar’s a gunslinher he threw for 2,700 yards and 23 TD’s in 10 games this year. He played hurt part of the season. In a game against Kearny he was 48-68 and threw for 564.

He’s got a strong arm and a high football IQ. He’s rated as a 3* transfer. He’s probably not going back to OK State.

We don’t seem to have any interest in Salter. He’s visiting Colorado, Cuse, and FSU.

I like the ASU QB, but we’d have to pay him a lot to leave.

The Tulane option is something to look at.

But it seems Eli may be dead set on Moss.

Mensah from Tulane is probably the 1 QB we can't get because alot of deep pockets will be interested. Even if we raise a huge bag, his agent will just shop our number around.

I'm good with Moss as long as the O-line is in good shape. Speaking of good shape, McVay might have to leave about 30-40 pounds in Tuscaloosa if he's going to be blocking outside zone for the Tigers.

Gabe was just on 101, St. Louis and said we probably need two OL's from the portal along with LB and DB help.

Plus a potential WR1 and obviously a quarterback.

Mmm. Time to go look at what WR on USCs roster Moss could bring with him.

Our WR corps while talented, is incredibly green going into next season.

Looks like WR Kyron Hudson is in the portal with Moss. 6’1, 205. 462 yards last season. Was a 4* out of HS.

Hard to believe that one of the WRs we've recruited the last couple of years can't step up.

Whispers say there are a couple of SEC WR we would chase, once they declare. Emphasis on existing SEC players. We like our WR room, and they are ready to break out with Luther Theo, Moore, & now Miller moving on.

Just work with Crutchfield as the WR1. Our WR room isn't an issue. We have an OC who wouldn't get the ball to our 1st round talent, there's the problem.

Manning and Blood are going to be good replacements for Wease and Burden respectively. There are a lot of options to replace Cooper.

I think it’d just be smart to have an upperclassman at WR for this crew.

Peeler runs a solid room and Manning, Blood, and Johnson will be 3rd year players. I think he's got a good core of guys to run the room in the offseason.

Mizzou does not have interest in McVay at this time. Seems he was going to transfer to us last year but another AL OL hit the portal and he stayed. Drink was pissed and not interested now.

Moss may have a package coming with him. USC starting OL kid and WR are in the portal as well. Louisville folks, however, think that Moss is a lock for them.
I think Drink will not let him leave town unsigned. This is the guy he wants and I think he’s a Tiger by Wednesday. It sends a message to all the other folks we want in the portal that we are not fvcking around. I think we’ll get the nubs LB and the northwestern OL as well.
