8/30 @ Virginia 1-0 (0-0) W 52-7
9/13 No. 5 Ohio State 2-0 (0-0) W 35-3
9/25 @ Oregon State 2-1 (0-1) L 27-21
10/04 No. 23 Oregon 3-1 (1-1) W 44-10
10/11 Arizona State 4-1 (2-1) W 28-0
10/18 @ Washington State 5-1 (3-1) W 69-0
10/25 @ Arizona 6-1 (4-1) W 17-10
11/01 Washington 7-1 (5-1) W 56-0
11/08 No. 21 California 8-1 (6-1) W 17-3
11/15 @ Stanford 9-1 (7-1) W 45-23
11/29 Notre Dame 10-1 (7-1) W 38-3
12/06 @ UCLA 11-1 (8-1) W 28-7
1/01 vs. No. 8 Penn State 12-1 (8-1) W 38-24

Lets review USC's schedule

Virginia 5-7

OSU (enough said about this joke of a team)

Oregan st 9-4 (Brut sun bowl) w vs PITT Ranked #18 at end of year

Oregan 10-3 (Pacific life holiday bowl) w vs Oklahoma st. Ranked #10 at end of year

Arizona st 5-7 overall

Washinton st 2-11 overall

Arizona 8-5

California 8-4 (Emerald bowl) w vs miami

stanford 5-7

Notre Dame HaHa (Sheraton Hawii bowl) w vs hawaii

UCLA 5-8

USC has played 2 teams who have finished in the top 25 and 4 teams that went to bowl games. of which only one team in the bunch was worth a crap and that is Oklahoma st.

This is just some of LSU's opponents and they're bowl records.

LSU Chicken Bowl w vs GT
UF National Champions w vs OKLAHOMA
UGA Capital one bowl w vs michgan st.
Alabama Sugar Bowl L Vs UTAH #2
Ole Miss Cotton Bowl W vs Texas Tech
South Caroline Outback bowl W vs Iowa

That being said I believe USC is in fact a really good team. but I also believe that if they were in the SEC they would be another 8-4 to 10-2 every year. and would not seem to sparkle as much as they do over there in that warm california sun.
