Always feels gross taking talented players from these lesser programs. But that’s the game! We got poached hard after Saban.
ETA: Dumbest rule ever to allow the portal timeline to be wider for teams where the coach retired. Why kick programs when they’re down?

I'm interested to see if we take a portal QB in December not really knowing what any of our guys are going to do.
EDIT: Concepcion would be a huge get for our offense. He's going to be one of the top offensive players in the portal this year.

Concepcion would fill a huge need. I know some people want to project on Hale coming off a major injury. I’d rather go out and sign a sure thing. If you have the capacity, you don’t leave needs to projects. You fill them with known production.

Several really good WRs in there. Eric Rivers from FIU is maybe the best. Had 70 receptions and 1000+ yds.

If a player hasn't played MEANINGFUL downs within year 2, odds are that player never will.
