Jim McElwain retiring at seasons end
I know what a favorite he was to the LSU fans and he will be missed. Probably going to do some shark fishing now.

He was ok as an OC but he wasn't some guru mastermind. He did what he needed to do at Bama to win NC. Talent made him look better than he really was. Which was most OCs Saban hired.

I’m still so mad he gave up on Will Grier after that whole banned substance debacle. Gators could have been contending a lot more if it wasn’t for idiot coaches like him.
