Texas fans saying the SEC isn’t all that.

Is it also possible your team is better than it’s been in 20 years?

Let’s see what they say when they play an SEC schedule.

They were just better than 1 team on their schedule who embarrassed them.

Bama and Georgia are usually dominant. Every now and then a 3rd SEC team is tough af.
But the rest of SEC is mostly average to crap.
Texas has a strong team and is SEC's #1 currently.
Get used to it fatboy!

By schedule record only. Don’t get used to it, you got lucky.

This is a massive down year and your schedule is extremely favourable

They got the easiest schedule in the conference. The only team with a pulse they've played destroyed them. Next few years will be a rude awakening for them.

We all have a schedule handed to us and we all have a record for playing the games.

The entire year a large contingent on this board claimed over and over, Texas would lose at least three SEC regular season games against this schedule because unlike other conferences there is NFL talent everywhere.
Then as the season progressed, claimed that Texas was gifted a soft schedule.
The schedule wasn’t soft, the SEC teams in it turned out to be.

This schedule is incredibly weak
Mississippi State
Oklahoma (Neutral Site)
Georgia
@ Vanderbilt
Florida
@Arkansas
Kentucky
@ A&M
I mean the only road games so far have been @Vandy and @Arkansas

Like the vaunted Aggie schedule this year, right? The one in which they play neither Georgia nor Alabama?

bitch you had 1 challenging game on your schedule this season and you were embarrassed at home in Austin. You’re literally ranked dead last at #16 as far as strength of schedule in conference

Talk to me when your team learns to beat unranked opponents. We're pretty good at that.

Some fans are saying that. But honestly most of us know the competition top to bottom is the best in the country. But based on what we are being told about our schedule it would make sense some fans would infer that the SEC isn’t as challenging as we have been told since being voted into the conference.

We arent really saying that, it's just the logical conclusion when we see new threads weekly (sometimes several per week) about how weak our schedule is...and they arent talking about OOC.
