The Cold Hard Truth that SEC Fans don't want to acknowledge.

Prior to NIL The SEC was by far the most corrupt conference when it came to recruiting & paying players.
The SEC had a distinct recruiting advantage because they ignored NCAA rules while the Ohio State's & Michigan's played by the rules.
In this NIL era the Ohio State's & Michigan's are now doing business like the SEC has done for decades, except OSU & UM have much deeper pockets.
That's why Caleb Downs and Quinshon Judkins are at Ohio State this year instead of Alabama & Ole Miss.
It's why Underwood is heading to Michigan instead of LSU.
NIL is the worst thing to ever happen to the SEC because the Squeaky Clean programs that were hamstrung for playing by the NCAA Rules are now able to play the same "pay to play" recruiting game that the SEC has owned for decades.
The Big Ten is taking over folks,
Don't shoot the messenger, it's just the Cold Hard Truth

LSU fan having a bad day. One guy not going to make or break the team.
You still got Brian Kelly running the show, it was going bad either way

Caleb Downs and Quinshon Judkins
Both are underachieving and were grossly overpaid to go to OSU because their donors had an existential meltdown when UM won the NC.

Ohio State is dirt poor compared to Michigan now that they are serious about dropping bags

OSU took your All American Safety Caleb Downs.
OSU took your First Team All SEC RB Judkins.
OSU took Bama's 5 Star QB Recruit.
Michigan took LSU's Top Recruit in the country.
Yeah, it's just my imagination that OSU & Michigan are taking anyone they want from the SEC under NIL.
I present irrefutable evidence & the rebuttal from the SEC Peanut Gallery is "Nuh, Uh"

Michigan was literally cheating the last few years on the field. Not in recruiting, but literally cheating in the game. Smh

Cardale was actually a good student.
He tweeted that as a joke because he was pissed off about getting a B on a test.
I remember I was in class, and I think I got, like, a B on a [sociology] exam. It was just something so stupid; of course I didn't feel that way about academics, and I don't. Nobody in this program feels that way, we actually take that stuff very serious around here. It was just a dumbass thing to do. I definitely didn't think that would happen. It was just a stupid thing to do at that time. It was something where I just got pissed because I studied my arse off.

I’m not sure many people mean it when they say this, but I actually stopped reading right here. What a crock of shite.

I’ll acknowledge it. Literally every single change since the end of the BCS in college football was done to prevent the SEC and Southeast from dominating the sport until eternity.
Especially pay for play and the unlimited transfer portal.
LSU vs Bama was the straw that broke the camels back for the powerbrokers in the sport.
The only way the rest of the country was able to infiltrate the talent monopoly of the Southeast was making athletes mercenaries who could be paid to move across the country and play immediately.
