Mizzou staying in is a surprise to me. Seems like a nod of respect to both Mizzou and South Carolina. I like it.

mannnnn i know we lost to ole miss and bama but our resume is definitely better than theirs. why does h2h appear to matter for georgia, bama, ole miss, but not for tennessee-bama and smu-byu?
and miami in there too lol? gtfoh

mizzou appears to be staying in to give bama a ranked win. south carolina should be in, no issue.

Sign me up for Indiana in the first round and Texas in the next round

Is there a single person who would take Penn State, Indiana, ND or Miami straight up over Bama, Ole Miss or UGA?
The only significant win from any of those teams is Texas A&M.

Why is ole miss ahead of Tennessee?
Tennessee has the better win according to the committee, and they only have 1 bad loss while ole miss has two bad losses
It makes zero sense

Ole Miss has a better qb and offense. It’s not a good thing for Georgia

I think part of it is timing. BYU SMu was very early in the year and a 3 point game.
You got beat down by 18 less than 10 days ago, hard to justify putting GA ahead of Ole Miss.

How is Mizzou still ranked?
High preseason ranking. That’s why they need to do away with them.

Bama at 7 means we’re making the dance no matter what happens in ATL

I think Georgia should be several spots higher. And I think Tenn will get in after IU loses badly.

Holy shite. Ole Miss would walk to the natty

i don't really disagree. ole miss looked great and won, but the totality of the resume favors georgia. lsu loses again, kentucky loss is terrible (i know we struggled, but we won on the road, yall lost at home). the committee apparently loves texas for no reason, we beat the frick out of them away. that's a better win than anyone in the country has.
here's my real question, let's say texas and clemson win out. will the committee have the balls to say, "georgia's resume has continued to improve more than ole miss and bama, we are putting them above them" or is georgia stuck behind them both?

You’re letting your anti-Bammer override your logic. If we’re 6 or 7 going into Atlanta, we’re in bub
Be very curious to see how far IU drops after they lose by 2+ TDs this weekend
Also, OM and ND both still have one tricky road game left that could shake it up even more.

People aren’t buying Tennessee. Their qb gets way too much love and very inconsistent. Their loss to Arkansas is bad.
