Tennessee also has a better win than Ole Miss (as Bama is going to be ranked ahead of UGA) and better losses (UGA > LSU and Arkansas on the road > UK at home)
They'll either be 1 spot ahead of OM or one spot behind. I think UGA jumps OM even though they lost to them because of their schedule.

They also beat Kentucky which Ole Miss lost to at home. Also have the better "big" win. Also, only one of their two loses were to unranked teams.
