I'm not mad about Thorne.
I'm mad that without practicing for much of two weeks due to injury and after a nearly full two seasons of extremely mediocre performances, we do not have another QB on the roster we feel comfortable going with in a game.
That is atrocious roster management and player development by Freeze. Absolutely absurd.

I have been telling all of you this for a month.
Thorne will start every game until his time is done.
Because, IF Freeze put in a backup QB and he threw for 300 yards and 4 TD’s - Freeze would look like even more of an idiot.
He is sticking with the idea that we do not have another QB on the team.
My expectation is that every QB on the team will enter the portal in a few weeks.

Makes no sense unless he thinks a backup QB can't win the game. He thinks a potential loss is worse than developing for the future.

Yes. That’s my point bud. You’re on the struggle bus the past two days.
It’s silly to think Hugh is not starting a backup out of fear he would do well, when he already started the backup and he did great for one game against a bad team. Then he looked awful against Arky.
There may be many reasons a backup isn’t starting, fear that they will look great isn’t one of them.

Which is ridiculous to think. Freeze isnt starting Thorne to save face, Freeze is starting Thorne because he is a weak man and too tender hearted to do what is necessary.
