Guarantee he’d hire someone to make it happen.

I’ve been saying the same thing. At least Trump said no to Haley and Pompeo

Amen.

This loss has hurt me the least of any loss in years. The sport has changed too much too quickly for me to give much of a shite about this version

Meanwhile, the reign of the unhappy blue haired nostril pierced hateful cat lady is finally over. The vile legacy media is officially dead. The smartest man on planet earth is now one of Trumps closest advisors. And on and on and all the rest

“Trump: Season Three - The Retribution” is going to so fricking amazing

Well said. People expecting a 14 year run like Saban had at Bama need to get off their wallet, because the advantage has shifted perceptibly toward programs with big donors who can reload using the bidding market in the transfer portal. And if they want to do it every year, they'll have to pony up every year until the rules change.

Georgia lost 25 scholarship players to the portal, and another half dozen who still had eligibility moved on with their lives. For 2024, UGA returned 45 non-special teams players, which is the fewest since I started keeping a spreadsheet of the roster in 2017. Georgia does not have a big enough budget to reliably replace annual losses like that.

Kirby was very clear this summer when he said UGA had a lack of experienced depth. I've been hopeful the team would still be as good as the last 3 years, but injuries have also taken a significant toll. Getting through this brutal schedule without a couple of losses would've been nearly impossible. "Fans" who see these results so far as an indictment of Kirby or our team are either trolls or incapable of understanding the changes that have occurred.

Of course you are. You're a tech fan and tech fans would trade their best victory for a meaningful Georgia loss in about 95 out of 100 seasons (the other 5 being when their best victory coincides with a Georgia loss). Nevertheless, congrats on having something to celebrate for your own team today.

Before the season i told my stepdad if Trump won and the Dawgs went. 0-12 it would be a good year. So I'm satisfied.
