It always works out so well when the head coach is being forced to do shite.

You know it's legit when we're sourcing "per a message board"

The details need to be made public. The UAA is clueless at how bad its public relations is going.

Defense has gotten better. I assume no changes there.
Must have an OC - something fans called for in year 1. Casual fans identified this, but the guy making $7M/yr did not. But sure, let's keep him around. What could go wrong?
What about the two OL coaches? They've produced hot garbage for 3 yrs now. Certainly they have to go, right?
Strength and Conditioning? Any moves there?
And how about all the money wasted on the biggest staff in CFB? Is UF (the fans) going to be stuck with that bill as well?
Will his contract be re-structured with a pay reduction and buyout reduction to help finance these new moves?

The lack of transparency at UF is absurd. Over the years, the school has increasingly behaved as if it's the CIA or something.

That part of looks good. It’s a very heady and data driven program…if that works for football. Seems like they set a great tone for the Ops building.

Having lived through a decade of incompetence, arrogance and general buffoonery, I have to agree with this.

I think all of this is a great idea! I contend the job Napier has done should result in a 10 year extension. Not just 1 year! They are showing fught. The SEC is hard
