Just a couple that they normalize in baseball and basketball that I can think of off the top of my head.

Allowing it to be a true home game would be more incentive for programs to make their CCG and win it. Even without all the usual home game stuff it will still be an advantage for the home team, but making it a true home game will make the atmosphere even better.
