Be cautioned before jumping on that A&M bandwagon.

Schedule so far:
Notre Dame
McNeese St.
Florida
Bowling Green
Arkansas
Missouri
Miss. State
LSU

They may have the easiest schedule in the conference. Not saying they're not good, I'm not buying it yet.

They definitely drew the most favorable conference schedule with their best opponents at home (LSU, Texas)

Your best win is a 3 point victory over #25 Vanderbilt.

Honestly, you're not even in the top 3 of our best opponents.

Elko is bringing back old school smash mouth keep away football to the conference and the SEC will be better for it.

If you play them you will have to beat them because they will not beat themselves.

Plus, they are scared to play in Athens (according to message board logic and completely ignoring the fact that the SEC sets the SEC schedule).

One dimensional offenses don't work against the best defenses. It doesn't matter if that one dimension is running or passing. ND has a defense that is borderline of that level and frustrated A&M because of it.

The good news for A&M is they only play one more team of that level in the regular season. Texas. But their SECCG opponent is likely to be a top defense and they'll face several in the playoff if they end up making it.

Tennessee has the same problem. No passing game. LSU has no rushing game (and a sub par defense). While these teams are good, they're not really in the championship hunt unless their offenses get to be more balanced.

They're about the same as they were last year, but thanks to a joke of a schedule they'll finish the regular season 10-2 and be a de facto bye week for whatever team is lucky enough to host them in the CFP

It shouldn’t surprise anyone how little self awareness Texas fans have

What the hell are you talking about?!?! Georgia hasn't stepped foot in Aggieland since A&M joined the conference; further, our Internet/ forum gripes about your bullshite favorable calls is a sentiment everyone that plays in Athens has echoed at one time or another, so forgive us for complaining after playing y'all ONCE- in Athens, where there was indeed some curiously timed calls/ no-calls.

Aggies loved the Dawgs beating t.u.; please don't burn bridges between our fan bases so soon with accusatory, paranoia-driven gobbledygook!

No kidding, they were all over Facebook last night, posting about giving a beat down to one of the best teams in the SEC

The mental gymnastics they have to go through to convince themselves that the three-point victory over Vanderbilt was a beat down and that Vanderbilt is one of the best teams in the SEC. I’ll be at. They are not a pushover, but certainly not one of the best teams in the SEC.
Logic is because they beat Alabama. They claim they are one of the best teams in the SEC.

It’s incredible

A lot of former Alabama posters seem to have jumped aboard.

And Weigman also played that entire game.

Well if they have the most favorable then Texas is second most favorable.

LSU's inability to adjust to a QB change doesn't mean that QB is great.

A&M's backup had two pass attempts and LSU couldn't stop him running the ball. Other defenses (particularly the better ones like Texas) will be able to scheme to stop a QB who doesn't throw the ball much. if anything, Reed makes A&M even more one dimensional.

LSU being unable to do anything about him running is more on LSU.

Who's they? Message Board, smesaage hored. A&M will play whomever is on the schedule. Sooner or later they will get Georgia. But for now, it is out of their hands. And I'm sure the team is now only focused on South Carolina.

10000000% this. That won't stop the media and aTm fans from schlobbering all over Reed's reed.

Not saying the kid isn't talented but if you look at his game log for this season, nothing is there to make you think last night will be the norm for him. It was very clear that dumbass BK gave absolutely zero thought to the idea Elko may run Reed out there. I mean, it's unfathomable that that happened, but I don't know of any other explanation for how poorly LSU's defense looked when that kid came into the game.
