Why did LSU not renew the contract with A&M in the 90’s?

I don’t know but the 7 year 7 games won by LSU dominance from 2011-2017 was cool.

I don't know the details, but not renewing a contract =/= welching on a deal. Breaking a contract = welching on a deal.

I can agree to that.
It was a 10-year contract with a 2-year option.
A&M won 6 of the games and after 10 years y’all ran.
Why?

I literally just said I don’t know the details. I was like 10 years old.

Because the SEC expanded in 1992

We probably didn't want to give up a home game. And aggy came here mostly for a while. I'm sure there was pressure for it to be home away every other year.

It was documented LSU backed out bc they were losing. But I hear they didn’t have good teams that decade.

Are you really flexing over going 6-4 against lsu in our worst decade in 70 years?

It was an anti-gay thing.

It's not like they won a national title with any of those teams anyway.

Is this like when Aggie chickened out of their bowl game a couple of years ago?
Posted on 10/26/24 at 1:28 am to AggieArchitect2004
Meh, 10 out of last 13 and one of those 3 for the Aggies was already an LSU win, but ref decided being short 1 yard on a 4th down play to end the game was close enough for Aggies. Everyone needs some mercy.

Yet they don't want to say they ran from texas.

For an architect, you’re not very bright. The SEC expanded in 92, which has been stated more than many times. What don’t you understand? You sound worse than Texas fans..
