It must be something in the Texas water that causes widespread self-delusion.
The Fighting Milkmen of Furk University came in to the SEC announcing "We Run This Conference" - and haven't done diddly-squat worth talking about ever since. And, yet, they still cling to self-delusion like it's the last life-raft on the Titanic, regardless of their historical record since joining the SEC.
Texas Tech said they were going to run LSU off the field in the bowl game (with Mahomes at QB), and got roundly spanked.
And now, here comes the Texass shortwhorns spouting the same self-delusional BS as their other Tx. brethren - and with Georgia they FAFO'd.
Everything is bigger in Texas: egos, self-delusional attitudes, and a heightened sense of entitlement that they have neither earned nor deserved.
Until something good other than I-10 eastbound comes out of Texas, to me they'll always be All Hat No Cattle.

Since you’re a rational poster:
“Shitting the bed” implies self inflicted wounds, and that the opponent was not responsible for your issues moving the ball.
“Getting your arse kicked” gives credit to the other team for whipping your guys all game

Now now you’re not being honest, I called your defense slightly above average
Texas vs Georgia
285 yards on 69 plays
4.1 yards per play
They created 3 turnovers.
They aren't Georgia on defense, but they aren't slightly above average either.

Ewers in his current form is a liability. I don't know what's wrong with him..
1) He is hurt
2) He is scared of getting reinjured
3) He has developed the yips
4) Some combination of the first 3
Maybe he/y'all just suck playing SEC competition instead of lil12???

The OT's are taught to force the edge rushers up the field, and the QB is supposed to step up into the pocket, make a read and throw the ball. When the QB bails out of the pocket, he is running directly into where the OT are forcing the pass rush. It's a bad combination.
Is that "shitting the bed" or "getting your arse kicked"? I don't know that it matters either way as the result is the same.. but one is fixable and one is probably not.. I think it's fixable.. we shall see if that is true or not.

If we hadn't played Alabama good the past 2 years, I would say yeah, maybe you are right. Our OL is pretty much the exact same.. most of them were freshman or sophomores against Alabama in 2022. The RT is different, but projected to get drafted pretty high this year.
Either way, there isn't another team in the SEC or country with a front 7 like Georgia's.. Maybe Alabama or Ohio State.
A&M and Kentucky both have 2-3 great DL with solid depth behind them.. but they don't have the linebackers on top of that like Georgia does.. don't get me wrong, they both have a solid front 7.. and they will give us problems, but it isn't like Georgia's.. then again, this Georgia defense hadn't shown up previously this year, so who knows..

Are not turnovers part of the game?

I should be able to flag troll jobs, especially a bad one like this.

They absolutely are.. but it wasn't just the turnovers we made.. Quinn threw about 3-4 more passes that easily could have been intercepted.
My point was about the defense, not the offense. The offense shite the bed, but the defense played pretty damn good despite all of those issues.

Does the truth hurt that much?

We have literally been a walking MASH unit for our DL since the Clemson game. We are finally starting to get people snaps again because they have been injured or working their way back.
UK, and USC both have very good defensive lines this year in addition to A&M, Bama, UGA, Texas, etc.. I guess that's one of the big differences with the SEC. Usually 6-7 teams all have legit NFL prospect(s) on their D lines... There's no hiding a bad offensive line as Oklahoma is finding out.

Agreed. I just think Georgia's is better.. perhaps significantly better.. than anyone else's.. but time will tell one way or another.. we play both A&M and UK soon.

Your fans labeled them as quite pedestrian before the game
I think most Georgia fans would say they looked quite pedestrian in the game. You could have stuck 85% of CFB offenses out there and gotten 23 points off the field position Texas gave them. Georgia has yet to have that poor of an offensive performance all year (maybe Kentucky but they didn't turn the ball over like they did against Texas).
I'm not trying to take anything away from UGA, because they played a better game than Texas, but even getting manhandled on offense Texas was still in a position to win that game until about 5 minutes left.

23 in the first half and seven in the second half when they were just trying to run the clock out
UGA was not trying to run the clock out in the second half lol. You don't run trick passes by trying to "run the clock out." Kirby was trying to run up the score to make a statement.

And outside of Georgia you’ve played no good offense
