Last night was fricking ugly. I think that quote encapsulates it. When has a winning coach ever made a statement like that? “In this place!” Your QB tried to rob you. You could place the ball at Texas’s 35 and he couldn’t lead a drive.
Sorry bro, y’all are fun to drink with but you’re soft. You got welcomed to the SEC last night. Opposing fans show up and are ready to get it on.
Do me a favor and tell whoever is in charge of the in game experience at The Darrell to tone down the NFL light bullshite and let the Bands play. I thought y’all were rich it felt like y’all were handing out cheesy door prizes every 5 seconds.

He wasn’t wrong. The refs did everything they could to give the game to Texas. Your fans also trashed your own field and you are calling out the opposing coach. I’ve never seen the level of arrogance Texas fans have. At least Bama wins championships, you’ve got as many national titles as BYU in the last 55 years and think the world works for you. Unreal.

I see no problem with his quote. He's right, after all.
Starting with the refs getting intimidated by Texas throwing water bottles on the field and then not only NOT flagging Texas but reversing the call. That simply doesn't happen unless you are trying to influence the outcome of a game.

You watch any SEC matchup yesterday and come away with a bad taste in your mouth. Officiating was atrocious yesterday.

I never said I was proud of our performance. It was definitely a bad matchup for us. It was also a terrible gameplan by Sark. I don’t think he anticipated his tackles getting blown up all night. Honestly, I wouldn’t have either. They’ve played better edges on an island and held up fine.

Texas fans are fricking insufferable. Nothing but a bunch of entitled twats. You all should have stayed in the Big 12 where you belong.

I think my favorite things as a result of last nights game are:
1. Watching the whole SEC revel in the glory of Texas getting put in their place
2. Watching delusional Texas fans call the game “competitive” as if everyone didn’t see them get their shite pushed in
3. Watching every other fanbase in the SEC unite to shite on Texas for assuming they own the place

Not really true.
Jalon Walker is projected as the #4 LB in the upcoming draft. The 3 players ahead of him play for LSU, Bama and Clemson... none of whom Texas has played this year. Smael Mondon is the #6 LB.. but he was out against Texas.
Mykel Williams is projected as the #5 DE in the upcoming draft. The 4 players ahead of him play for OSU (2 of them), Ole Miss and Tennessee. Texas has played none of them this year. The Michigan DE's are at #9/#10.
UGA rotates a lot of defensive players and tends to focus on contain on defense rather than an aggressive pass rush. This results in not having incredible stats. But they're still among the best players in the nation despite statistics. The NFL draft recognizes that.
The only position in the front 7 that Texas has faced a better NFL prospect than what UGA has is at DT with Mason Graham from Michigan. But that is not an edge position.

Someone’s head better roll. Find out who made that PI decision and kick their arse to the curb.
An example HAS to be made.

You only scored 15 and your coach put in the backup QB at one point.

On the drive they got from it yes. It was very good field position.

He’s not wrong. Texas was gifted every opportunity possible to stay in the game last night.

When refs are that bad, that one sided, that comment needs to be made

If your fan base is the only one in the country that thinks the refs weren’t helping you then you need more self awareness. During the game there were plenty of tx posters saying “good we need the help” about the bogus calls. Then after you act like it wasn’t happening.
How very Bama of them.

Kirby ought to spend less time whining about one call and focus on how to get his DBs to tackle without using their helmets as weapons. As a reminder, SEC refs blow hundreds of calls a year on live TV. They’re not going to suddenly turn into good refs.

Banks has played Will Anderson, Dallas Turner, Tyree Wilson, Will McDonald, Felix Uzomah, etc. I’m probably forgetting guys. Those were all first round selections and they didn’t even record a pressure. To be honest Banks won a bunch of reps last night but Quinn did him no favors.
