UGA was one sided the other way against Bama. The offense was good and the defense was bad
I credit that more to Alabama getting complacent in the second half. It happened a lot to Texas last year in blowouts, ultimately allowing teams to come back.
If Alabama was a one time thing for UGA, you might have a point.
But it wasn't. UGA's offense has shown up multiple times this year.
UGA had 447 yards of offense against Clemson, who is viewed as having a good defense. Most of that came in the second half as UGA's offense was very poor the first half of that game.
UGA had 519 yards against Bama. You can claim that was because they had an early lead, but that's a bit of a weak excuse.
UGA had 605 yards of offense against MSU. Now I know MSU isn't a world beater, but in comparison Texas had 80 fewer yards in their game against MSU.
UGA has NOT been consistent this year, either offensively or defensively. Their defense was not good against Bama or MSU. Their offense was not good against UK or Texas. They've also been inconsistent with turnovers with 3 games of 2+ turnovers (Bama, MSU, Texas) and 4 games with 0 turnovers.
But inconsistent doesn't mean one sided. UGA is not a team like OU that only has a defense but no offense like you suggest. They have shown multiple times that their offense can in fact be extremely good when things are clicking. It can also suck when it's not. Their defense is the same way.
The thing you have to realize is that we haven't actually seen both sides click yet in the same game. But we've seen them click independently enough to imagine what that might look like if it happens.
And it's probably enough to beat anyone else in the nation regardless of how good they play.

Dude. Let it go. We got our asses beat plain and simple. Congratulate the other team and move on. The shite you are receiving you can thank a select few Texas posters because they came in here crowing that the longhorns could beat the 85 bears. Just say they bested you last night and move on. You are just fueling the fire.

If we’re not good then what in the frick does that say about Texas?
Say it with me: OVERRATED.
Say it with me: OVERRATED.

As far as the water bottles being thrown, almost all of them came from the student section.

Good thing for us is that Texas won’t play another front 7 like that for the rest of the season.
I dunno, A&M's front is pretty salty.

Thanks, man. Texas has an excellent team and played a good second half.
We did to Texas, what Alabama did to us in the first half. Caught you off guard and played bully ball. The real Texas team showed up in the second half and it was a much better played game.
This is probably something that needs to be mentioned...
Both Oklahoma and Texas have had in the past what is known as the "OU/Texas Hangover"...
This usually occurs to the winning team in the Red River game.... The game in Dallas is a really big deal and sometimes the winner doesn't play very well in their next game. We've seen this happen a lot through the years...Especially when Texas had Arkansas after OU. Arkansas would sometimes ambush Texas that next week.
Not to take anything away from Georgia...but Texas' first half performance looked very familiar to a lot of those "hangover" games in the past.
