Who would have thought the Gulf War (really wish this would have stuck) might end up being more important than the Lone Star Showdown.

Can we bring Achane back from the NFL for one game? Would be nice to see another 200 yard rushing game against the tigers.

Our schedule from here on out:

LSU - Beatable
South Carolina - Beatable
NM State - Beatable
Auburn - Beatable
texas - Beatable

LSU is must win as it gets. South Carolina and Auburn are teams that are extremely beatable, if we go into the t.u. game still undefeated in SEC play, we probably have one foot in Atlanta. We have to handle business at home next Saturday, it's a must. We control our destiny now, couldn't imagine saying that during the Jimbo regime

Also the refs hate us, and SECN does too so....

Last night Hogs were their own worst enemy when the game was tight.

Weigman plays like he did vs Mizzo we win. Plays like he did yesterday and we lose. Yesterday he was pretty bad if you look at it objectively.

Weigman is a Jekyll and Hyde quarterback.

I still don't know how good or bad he is.

Crazy to think if we can get the job done next Saturday we’re in the drivers seat going into November.

CW was the main problem yesterday. This game is a blowout if he doesn't throw so many picks and near picks. The team overall was fine. He was straight trash and is lucky as hell Miss State dropped a couple of easy pick 6s.

This might be the best shot we've had going to the SEC Championship in years. We just have to finish, beat LSU, SCar, Aubie (and NM State), playoff bid and possible SECCG bid are locked.

This is a must win game for LSU too. Might be the most important LSU-A&M game played in years as well.

Get to trolling and flaming Aggys, we have a job to do

He also had some really good throws, particularly in the first half. Deep pass to Noah on a post route and if Noah jumps for it instead of trying to bring in one handed, that’s a huge gain. There was another deep pass someone let go between their hands that Connor dropped right in front of them, forget who that one was.

Point is, he can still make the NFL level throws and is probably the best suited on the roster right now to do so. It’s just frustrating to see some of the bad plays he makes. Jekyll and Hyde is probably a perfect characterization. I saw a lot of people saying the ND was bad because he was hurt, but I think it was just a downright bad game from him. It’s also hard to gauge how much of a handicap to give the guy because he’s yet to complete a full season and is in his third year here.

At the end of the day: This team goes where Connor goes. If he plays the rest of the schedule like Mizzou this season, LSU 2022, etc. we can be 10-2 or better. If he has some bad games, we could still easily go 8-4. Auburn and USCe aren’t gonna just roll over and concede.

I think we’ll be wearing the new black uniforms. And LSU will be wearing their typical white jerseys

He was rough for sure. I like our chances. We match up very well with LSU IMO. We can apply serious pressure and Nuss takes chances throwing the ball.

Not going to take a "game of the year" outing from Weigman... he just needs to make good decisions and throw the ball well. Play a solid game. If he is off like he was this weekend then they can stack against the run... then we are behind the chains way too often. We should win the turnover battle if Weigman is on his game.

Very winnable game and if we want to take the next step a game we have to win at home.

It’s a winnable game but I think we lose this one simply because I don’t trust Weigman to not give it up at least twice. It’s just what he does against P4 teams.

He didn't in 2022 against LSU or Ole Miss, or this year against Missouri.
