What's the deal with usce? How do you almost lose to old dominion and then destroy Kentucky, even if Kentucky has an off year, they should still be a lot better than ODU.

To Those that watched both games, what do yall think of south carolina?

South Carolina is the most unpredictable team every year. The easy lean is they play out of their minds a couple times a year and look like shite the rest of the time

Would assume LSU wins based on talent alone, but that defense makes it difficult to have much faith in them, especially on the road where South Carolina has an underrated home crowd advantage.

Watching Nicholl's running game tear up the LSU D was crazy.

I'm scared of qb run and deep balls . The gameplan should be that we spy sellers with the best athlete on defense in Harold Perkins and play deep safety cover two to negate the arm strength of the qb.

He hasn't thrown for 200 yards in either game so I'm guessing he's not likely to be accurate enough to consistently hit those zone beaters for about 15 yards a play all the way down the field

We definitely gave some up on the ground but I feel good about us shutting them down completely after the big run right after halftime.

You mess up one run fit and the stats look much worse. The safety missed the tackle too and it was off to the races.

Perkins has to spy sellers for us to have a chance. Rumblings are that we are gonna move Perkins to the star position. Hopefully we do and he takes major burns spot

His pocket presence needs work but he has had some money deep balls that were dropped. And by some I mean one that I remember.

QB run he has some good ability but he’s prone to fumbling. He played much better than he did week 1 but still some big red flags overall for the offense. Overall blocking is a huge question mark.

I’m not too confident in our offense staying in rhythm. The defense is good but I don’t think it’ll be enough to overcome LSUs team as a whole.

I’m buzzed so apologies for the yapping

31-20 LSU

We still don't really know what we have on defense . I believe usc has a good offense and we held them to one of the lowest point totals they've had under riley. We played good on defense in the second half against Nicholls too.

I just don't know what we plan on doing against the qb scrambling . I think it's obvious it should be a spy with Perkins but I thought that we would do that against Bama last year and we didn't even after giving up big run after run against milroe

They’re good people that are very loyal to their team.

First off, you can think of calling them by their real name, USC, NOT USCe.

We were a college before the other place was a state...

Carolina wants to run the ball the vast majority of the time. If we can find a way to limit their running game we win, but I don't expect that from our defense. Sellers has a good arm but he's still green reading defenses.

Their defense has some limitations like ours but their DC is aggressive and wants to cause turnovers. Whoever wins the turnover battle probably wins the game.

SC destroyed KY with the pass rushers. I doubt LSU's tackles allow anything like that.

I've watched both LSU games and I've watched SCAR as well. I don't have any idea what's going to happen in this game.

If LSU is as flat as they started out against Nicholls, and Carolina is motivated - they're gonna boatrace us.

It's a very dangerous game for LSU. And the difference between a W or L is in what Tigers team shows up.

LSU should win this game by 10+ points. I've tried to talk myself into being a homer and picking Carolina to win, but this has all the markings of being a letdown after last week.

I do not have confidence in SC's offense. I do not have confidence that SC can attack LSU's line like they did Kentucky. Nussmeier is a better QB than Vandagriff.

Crowd gets into it, but at the end of the day, LSU has more gas in the tank.

Besides the 75 yard TD rn, Nicholos had 37 rushes for 75 yards, they really didn’t tear us up

South Carolina can literally lose to anyone or beat anyone. It's quite the anomaly.

Sorry, I just watched the ESPN highlight vid on YouTube after glancing at the score a few times Saturday. Was just curious what the hell was going on in that game. Made it seem like LSU were having more trouble than they actually were I guess.

Here's my take: First, I don't think Kentucky is very good right now. They beat a Southern Miss. team that is in the 120's in the Sagarin Ratings. Then they folded against South Carolina. But USC-e had trouble slipping past Old Dominion.

I would ordinarily say that LSU should take this one, since they had some good competition in USC-w. But then, they had trouble against Nicholls State, which they shouldn't have had.

Some of the talking heads have been saying that LSU's defense is greatly improved. But that Nicholls score says otherwise.

I think LSU should be favored, but I wouldn't bet on this game.

LSU did struggle, 2 drives they tore us apart but besides that Trant melt really oversold, LSU made great adjustments in 2nd half and stopped them from doing anything else.
