LINK .

Milroe 3.45 second release time on average in 2023 was the worst in the FBS. This again had been on display this year. It makes him more vulnerable to the blitz and of course poor Oline play. Problem is that unless someone is clearly wide open he won’t throw the ball outside of 50 yard hurl and pray type of pass. He’s a freak athlete and great guy but not a great QB. Hope someone drafts him high in hopes of him developing at next level.

Everything that you say is true. But there will still be people here and on social media who will call you a hater for simply stating the obvious facts. Really hope that we can get through this season so that we can get a look at the complete offense next year with Simpson as the starter.

Yeah but it's everyone else's fault, not Milroe's...

The same PFF article that references that stat ranks Milroe as the 3rd best QB in college football

It does not matter even though I agree because he is who we got and need to build the offense around him the best we can.

He is an average at best QB with a strong but inaccurate arm who wants to show off his arm strength and ignore short routes.

Long term we just need to shore up the OL and develop the best run game we can. We have the RB talent to do it as well.

Milroe isn't the best QB we've had the last few years but I wonder how much more he would benefit from WRs that can actually separate and an OL that either can't snap the ball or whatever the hell that performance was last night at RT. There's plenty of blame to go around.

five Mississippi, six Mississippi, seven Mississippi, eight Mississippi,

Milroe is too polarizing. The fans that can't see he's not a QB will never concede. I dont know what it is they love so much, but it damn sure isn't his QB play.

Watching Milroe play QB is about as much fun as going to the DMV.
