Can we please get another guy to call the football games. He is terrible. Just listen to the highlights.
He is a nice guy and does a good job with baseball and basketball, however, football is NOT in his repertoire
Its Riddick! Caught by Caleb Burton!

Football is not his best. I like him on baseball and basketball. Him and Sonny on basketball games are amazing. Wish they could get Sonny for every game.

It's a profession that pays 60K/year at the top and less than 40 on average. I doubt the pool of candidates is very large. Would be nice to get a good one, though.

I always thought Bill Camron from The Drive would be great!

One answer. Brad Law
of course Rod ended up being terrific
i concur about Andy, love the guy for all he’s done over the years but football pbp is not his speciality

x10. He's really awful. I can't listen to him. Really detracts from the overall game.

Brad Law is early 40's. You thinking of someone else? I doubt they let a guy that young take over for Fyffe who died in 2002. Law would probably have still been a student.
I remember when Fyffe died. I knew who Bramlett was, but thought "this guy ain't no Fyffe." I was wrong. He grew into it to be one of the best.

We all do but football is not his best sport to cover. I give him slack because he didn't want the job.

I like Andy

I like Andy too, but Brad Law would be a better football announcer.
I listened to him and Jason last week. It was kind of odd not to have Stan at first, but Jason is going to be fine. He really knows offense and can be more funny than I expected.
