Explain to me why you think they WON'T frick it up this weekend LOL. You all obviously haven't been around them long enough if you think this weekend is a slam dunk win.
Wolverines by 10. frick Texas!

Yes we’ve seen UT drop some stinkers in the past (Maryland etc) but they almost always show up for big games.
They are more likely to lay an egg somewhere in conference play than at Michigan. They’ll be fired up for the first game ever in the big house.

This is not the same Michigan team that beat Alabama and Washington... Texas should win this handily

As an OU fan I hate Texas, but they play better in big games than OU does in recent history at least. That being said no OU fan will be surprised when they lose to two un ranked teams this year.

frick both teams, I’m rooting for an asteroid to land on the Big House.

Because Michigan lost their HC and all of their good players from last year went to NFL or hit the transfer portal. This team is nothing like last season’s team. But, TEX will still act like they beat the 85 Bears if they win.

This will be a dogfight. The Texas 247 premium boards say the same. The non-Texas fans are the ones assuming its a blowout. Reporters love saying the Texas is back narrative because they know they will get clicks.
Playing in the big house against arguably the best D in the country against the defending champs wont be a cakewalk. One mock draft had 4 Michigan defensive guys going in the first 35 picks. They gave up 9 rushing yards last week to Fresno. The Texas running game will determine the game.
I think it will be like the Aggy/ND game where its tied/close heading into the 4th and the team that makes a big mistake loses.

Good analysis. We are going to miss RB Baxter in this game. I like RB Blue a lot, and he has gained some good weight this year, but we shall see if he can handle the bulk of the workload. This game would have been perfect for Baxter.

Has Ewers figured out how to throw the ball over 25 yards this year?

This is why he's still playing in college.

Before last year, we had 11 years or so that were a complete abortion. No argument.
If you think we are still that team, I encourage you to make a strong moneyline bet on Michigan and profit.

I think they are a very good defense, but don't think their DEs or LBs are as good as last season. They have 2 very good DTs and a very good corner. A few of their other players I would say are good.
This game could very much end up a score like UGA/Clemson honestly. Doesn't matter if your defense is really good if you keep giving the ball to the other team and not being able to control any clock. Michigan may be a damn good defense and still lose by 14+ just because they get worn down and they can't move the ball well

No doubt about that! They will go insane and anoint themselves world champs of everything! Oh dear Lord they will be insufferable. Yes, they can be worse than they already are!

I’ve seen enough go awry over the years to go into a game like this expecting anything.
I hope we win, we looked good last Saturday but week 1 results have deceived before. It is a little crazy to me how much the line has moved towards Texas after 1 game. Definitely feels trappy if I look at this objectively
