No problem. LSU will be fine on defense. What’s there to laugh about?

Yea I hate him for holding USC to 13 through three quarters. He’s such an idiot.

Ok I guess. Is this supposed to be a burn in some way? The defense played well against a good offense, for the first game of the year the D did better than what was expected.

Didn't Misery have like 5 defensive players drafted by the NFL?

Perhaps the secret to their success was the ingredients, not the Baker

That’s how I score games, too.

In basketball, I track shooting percentages in just the first quarter.

Say what you will about Lincoln Riley, but he’s the last coach you want to be across the field with 90 seconds left in a tie game with the ball

Sadly Texas fans have learned this many times

LSU did enough on defense. Holding that coach under 30 isn’t exactly common

There was a big improvement on defense from last year. The passing game is better than I expected. Stupid penalties and poor clock management in the 4th. When lsu had the ball with 6 1/2 min left running hurry up allowed the last minute of the game to happen.

We definitely will lose some, but the mistakes made are fixable

I get that today is “dunk on LSU” day on the Rant, and deservedly so.

But Bakers defense looked 100x better than LSU’s did at any time last year.

In the fourth quarter it gave LSU’s offense the ball back, with the lead, and a chance to go salt away the game.

Laugh at LSU for losing the game. But Baker’s unit did more than enough to win.
