re: What non-SEC teams fit culturally with the SEC?

its called the Southeastern Conference brother. Not trying to be a homer for East Coast teams but they culturally align better with SEC teams than schools in Texas and Oklahoma which aren't culturally the same
They also all used to be in the same conference together pre SEC and ACC because of their similarities. not a dig at Okie State and TTU its just how it is

SMU would be a good fit, Louisiana has room to add another school, LaTech or original member Tulane. I wouldn't like it but Memphis would fit in. Another original member in Georgia Tech would make a lot of sense.
Mississippi has 2 schools in, Alabama has two, Florida, with its population only having once school in is crazy, so FSU makes a lot of sense.
