Vegas doesn't have us at shite. Vegas sets a money line based upon what the moronic public thinks so they'll make wagers, not what THEY think, dipshit.

I think OU will be fine in the SEC, I also think they will have considerably more seasons with less than 8-9 wins than they did in the Big 12.

I think most sane OU fans realize we won't be able to dominate the SEC the way we dominated the Big-12 for most of the past 20+ years.

You'll have your years up and years where you see someone else stacked.
That's the life here.

OU better hope that their defense is actually any good this season. That Heupel guy is ruthless. As Mizzou's OC, the Tigers beat Delaware St. 79-0. Who does that? And it's well documented that he was more than willing to run up the score vs. Mizzou in '21 and '22, and Mizzou didn't fire him, unlike OU. If Tennessee has a lead late, they will continue to pour it on, and I must admit I would enjoy it.

I'm just glad: (1) games aren't played on paper, and (2) games aren't decided by SEC fans' narratives.

Regardless of the state of our program (maybe 2012 aside) going into Jordan Hare as the road team is a tough out.

Oklahoma isn’t walking into Jordan Hare for an easy win. It’s Auburn’s biggest home game of the season. It’ll be a war.

You're right – unless we bring our B game.

(Just kidding, of course. That may be the toughest SEC road game on OU's schedule)

It will be tough for sure. But Death Valley at night is something Oklahoma has never seen in person.

I would give the Sooners one of Mizzou / Ole Miss and a W against Bama at home. The Texas game is a legit toss up regardless of pre season ranking.

Generally it seems they’re underestimated by this board.

The Auburn, Ole Miss, Missouri and LSU fans need to have a discussion about which team is going to beat OU the worst this year...

Because apparently it is a forgone conclusion that they are all going to win at home.

I think many fans are selling Auburn short. We play 6 of 8 ranked SEC teams and all 6 are ranked top 15. And that doesn’t include Auburn since they’re unranked.

But, Auburn has some talent and is being overlooked just due to the conference having so many top caliber teams. That is a game to watch for.

Lets look at the 24 class talent:

Adam Friedman
@RivalsFriedman

The Rivals Comprehensive Rankings, which combine the high school team recruiting ranking and the transfer portal team recruiting ranking, are now complete for the 2024 class, with Alabama taking the title

And there sits Auburn at #10.

I see Oklahoma as one of the question mark teams this year. They could go 6-6 or 11-1.

Slide that a bit. 5-7 or 10-2
