Right, I was referring to the game at State. Sadly turnovers are who we are at this point. Tennessee game was the outlier so far.

We never scored again after we got to 10. That's the bottom line and honestly how fricking lucky were we to hit a 51 yd fg made to get to 10.

That’s basically a metaphor for Arkansas football.

Hit what ended up being a meaningless 51 yard field goal, yet can’t make a 35 yarder.

Honestly 6-6 with a win on Tennessee saves Pittman's job. It'll be just enough to get it done and hit bottom expectations with a 8-10 win team.

This Miss State game will be a dog fight. They have played really well the last few weeks. Keep getting better.

I think Miss State wins. Especially without JJ for us.

I think that's our easiest path to a bowl game. Outside of that It leaves ole miss and Mizzou. Although I see us getting up for Texas I don't see us winning

It’s Pittman. It has always been Pittman.
He doesn’t have the dog in him.
He is mentally and physically weak.

Literally 10-20 other coaches in and we would be 6-1. He has no killer instinct, and he pulls back when he should go for throats.

Tired of getting expectations up until Pittman is gone.

This is the danger of hope. I didn’t think we’d necessarily beat LSU, but I expected us to be competitive. This was embarrassing.

Who remembers last week on this board, when it was laughable to think some fans would prefer Kiffin, because he lost by 3 points in overtime @LSU?

Adam Ford has been saying this, but we really don’t have an established #2 back on the roster to complement Jackson.

Russell is a short yardage beast but he’s not a feature back, at least not yet.

Hill hasn’t seen much of the field this year.

Dubinion is what he’s always been. A finesse gap scheme back who can’t get YAC and struggles with ball security.

It’d have been nice to have had an AJ Green, Dominique Johnson, or even a Rocket on this roster to have a true backfield rotation.

As a conductor of the Lane Train the last time we were hiring, I do believe he will never get over the hump. This is the year he had to do it.

That being said, I’d trade Pittman for a wish.com version of Lane.

And let us be honest, we have to have a running game to make this offense work. Green has gotten better in the pocket but we have not shown that we can air raid another team off the field. We have to be able to run the ball, if only to give our defense some rest.

I’ll have to say, it was nice seeing Broden make some fine catches last weekend. I thought he’d forgotten how to catch a football..

I said that in the game thread. Was nice to see him going for the ball in bounds. Usually he makes all star catches out of bounds. Probably so he doesn’t get lit up. Seemed like KJ always hit him in traffic and then he got popped. Then when he got targeted, I thought well shite there goes his hands.

I’ve worked in a Hip/knee replacement room for 20 years. If Pitt makes it through the season, he’s a tough SOB.

He’s obviously hurting like a MF

It is painful to watch him move along the sidelines. Even if we win out this year I'd like to see him ride off into the sunset.

had meniscus removal and clean up 8 weeks ago. Still not right, lot's of pressure overall. Was told that it would be an easy thing. It hasn't. Considering a complete knee. Who would you recommend and why? What should I expect? I may ask this in another thread, as to not clutter this one
