Not to me.
Look at all the restaurants that do nothing but serve fried chicken. And then even the ones that don't sell just chicken sell some type of fried patty sandwich.
But there are 0 chicken fried steak places. Cracker Barrel and diners are about the only places you can find them on a menu.
People love them some fried chicken.

Oh Yeah that makes sense. It’s likely just different here cuz all the mom and pop restaurants and cafes here serve CFS. Harder to find fried chicken
