White gravy truly is some redneck BS creation. Lazy gravy. Won’t take the time to brown the meat properly so the gravy is dark and has more flavor , not will you take the time to brown the flour into a roux so it has more flavor.

I can put white gravy on just about any food, especially fried.
I'd eat biscuits and gravy for breakfast every day, then have some fried chicken with mash potatoes(or french fries) and I'd put white gravy all over that shite too. And then I'll have some chicken fried steak for dinner, with you guessed it some white fricking gravy.
And then it's a race to see how many limbs get chopped off from diabetes before I die of a heart attack.
