Of all the off-season takes, I think this might be the dumbest one. This man went 5-7 last year.

Ohio State is the conferences most consistently dominant member and gets regularly shite on by SEC opponents.

Michigan had their year. Deservedly so. But it took a phenomenal coach many years to pull that off and he's gone now.

The fact he is talking about labels instead of accomplishments is all you need to know.

Guy is a dumbass.

That’s the unfounded Nebraska arrogance we used to know and love.

The entire fanbase still thinks it’s the 90s.

Ohio State - the B1G favorite - has 2½ tough games on their schedule.

I say ½, because Michigan lost everything, but it is still a rivalry game.

We can say they have more. Their brand alone will get them to the 12 team playoff.

But it's gonna be harder to win that now. I don't think they can do it.

It gets even worse for the B1G the further you go back (counting major poll titles).

Since the dawn of the millennium:
SEC - 14
B1G - 3

Since 1990:
SEC - 17
B1G - 4

Since 1980:
SEC - 18
B1G - 4

Since 1970:
SEC - 21
B1G - 4

Since 1960:
SEC - 25
B1G - 8

Since 1950:
SEC - 28
B1G - 11

Ohio State is 8-12-2 against the original ten SEC members and 9-14-2 against the original twelve. The only real outlier is their 10-2 record against Mizzou.

Meh, he's going to bat for his team and his league. His team could be 9-3 or 10-2 since they have a reasonable schedule so he wants his shot

I don't think it's strange that the B1G and SEC could get 4 spots each a lot of years, then 1-2 from ACC/Big 12 and the auto bid. That wouldn't surprise me

Probably just depressed he's stuck in the state of Nebraska.

Good grief, earn it. What a fricked up, entitled attitude.

The playoffs will be their undoing.

Probably, but I don't see a lot of wear and tear being put on them with that "gauntlet" of a regular season schedule.
