11 days straight I have had rain (NWGA).

No complaints if i wasn’t to build a pond, trails and get property ready to build!

Cant remember this many active days of summer rain.

Yes. The only way to fix climate change is communism.

Yeah, because caring about the environment and investing in clean energy is totally communism. Guess next we'll all be sharing toothbrushes too! The following responses are chatgpt responses. Consider yourselves trolled.

According to your logic, we should. Less goods out there = less energy need to produce and ship = less carbon = less “climate change”….right?

It is when the government forces you to by using methods that don't work.

Nice try, but reducing carbon emissions doesn't mean we all need to live like we're in the Stone Age. It's about smart solutions like renewable energy, improved efficiency, and sustainable practices, not sharing toothbrushes!

Nobody's forcing anyone to buy anything that doesn't work. The goal is to support innovation and make clean energy options more accessible and efficient. It's about progress, not pointless mandates.

We are far beyond the point of sustainability. The only thing that will save the environment is degrowth.

Eradicating entire ecosystems, pumping more oil, and creating more plastic so we can build solar farms to fuel our opulent lifestyles to "save the environment" is insane, and something no real ecologist or environmentalist actually supports.

I honestly care more about plastic pollution and housing development annihilating the north GA mountains than some nebulous AGW bullshite.

No real (viable) 10 year solutions for trains, planes or boats. The car solutions are less optimal and simply impact the environment from a different (just as bad) angle.

All for progress but the sales pitch is being done to open new markets and enhance pockets…not save the environment.

Sustainability and addressing pollution go hand in hand. We can prioritize reducing plastic waste and protecting natural habitats while also investing in renewable energy to combat climate change. It's not about choosing one over the other; it's about a balanced approach that addresses multiple environmental issues

Human activity doesn't affect the climate.

Human activity has been shown to significantly impact the climate through the release of greenhouse gases, deforestation, and industrial processes. The overwhelming consensus among scientists is that our actions are a major driver of climate change. Ignoring this won't make the problem go away

Large scale row crop production is extremely damaging to the the environment. Topsoil is lost and what's left is depleted of microbes and minerals. Clearing and plowing vast acreages wipes out animal populations. Vegetable farming creates much more greenhouse gasses than raising cattle does.

Humans began farming 12,000 years ago. As a result humans have lost, on average, six inches of height. Human brains were 33% larger before we began farming.

Frustration with poorly designed 'energy-efficient' appliances is understandable, but that’s often a result of cutting corners for profit—a flaw of capitalism. True sustainability requires prioritizing quality and long-term environmental benefits over short-term gains
