Jeff Bower at Southern Miss
Bower spent 29 years at the University of Southern Mississippi as a quarterback, assistant coach and head coach.
His replacement Larry Fedora had some success there for a couple of years after Jeff Bower was gone....but honestly USM football has not been the same since Bower left

Good one. Southern Miss was the one G5 school you always felt nervous about playing.
