How many divided houses we got out there?

Mrs Metal is from Georgia and is a UGA alum….the game last November went from trash talk to downright pity. I got her good when the Dawgs came to Oxford in 2016 (Kirby’s first year)….I knew that was an anomaly so I poured it on…..anyway, who else lives it like this?

We have ties to Arkansas, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, LSU and Ole Miss, although some ties are stronger than others. We have more loyalties than Sybil has personalities.

Wife is a Longhorn. We were given this ugly arse "House Divided" flag as a gift about six months before A&M scooted for the SEC. I guess we finally get to break it out this year.

My wife pulls for LSU baseball, mostly because Dylan Crews could be our youngest son's twin brother. She loves LSU's swagger and personality.

Our family ties are..........

-- USC (I and my wife are both graduates of -- my wife was a Song Girl member)
-- Uuuuuugh, dare I say it.....Texas! (relatives on my brother's wife's side......yes, talk about familial feuds! -- this is why I can't stand them)
-- N.C. State (brother is a graduate, played baseball for Wolfpack)
-- San Diego State (nieces and nephews graduated from here)
-- UCLA (children)

On one of our first dates we saw a UGA/OM House Divided yard sign in Roswell. It was strange. I've never seen one before or since. But it was a sign baws...and for the record, I do not endorse "house divided" paraphernalia.

Wife graduated from Bama.
She does not particularly follow football.

Around here in L.A., one will occasionally see USC/UCLA "house divided" banners or signs. One of my children graduated from UCLA, but we don't keep any such signs/banners, etc.

You know your responsibilities to the board.

Yes, my wife doesn't give a shite about football and I give lots of shits. It's a battle.

Wife is Australian educated - she follows those weird Aussie sports. So yes, a house divided.

We'll need pics of from the Song Girls days. Best spirit squad ever. Untouchable in the white sweaters.
I went to grad school at UCLA.

You brought it up. I'm just reminding you subtle brags come with obligations.

We are ALL VOL.
Minus my 10 year old, who likes Georgia. My wife won’t let me kick him out.
