I am not going down this stupid rabbit hole with you. We rank recruiting based on recruiting services. Take that other shite elsewhere.

It's the only thing that is available. Yet the fact of the matter is it only ranks perceived talent.

If I were going to improve the rankings, one of the very first things I would add is team needs. For example, in those rankings you could get 7 5 star QBs in your class combined with a bunch of 3 stars, and you'd be ranked #1. But that class is actually shite.

Because it's ONLY ranking the talent levels. We use it because we assume that the teams address needs in the process(and they do to the best of their ability), and it somewhat works. Yet, it is far from the end all.

DeBoer took over a team with a losing record, identified the areas the team needed to be improved and addressed those areas as a means of putting together a team capable of making the national championship game.

If that is not the actual goal of recruiting, then I don't know what is.

So, you quoted 1 sentence and couldn't even follow the context?

You're a delusional bum and everything people come to expect from an Auburn fan.

Every thread will be anchored.

This place sucks when it comes to shite like that. All you can do is link them.

If Bama beats Georgia 4 weeks into DeBoer's first season as head coach after every rantard declared the Tide officially dead and buried, this site may just shut down for a few days.

And I hope none of them realize that a great many of the players that knocked Georgia's dicks into the dirt for 4 quarters in Atlanta will be returning.

More pivots will come available. So many are out there. Narratives in abundance ready to stave off entitled hubris. Hell he can even win a NC like Les Miles...

DeBoer identified his needs and addressed them as a means of putting together a championship quality football team.

If that is not the point of being a good recruiter, then I don't know what is.

He did so while at the same time being constrained with being at a school like Washington and being a coach without a bunch of hype.

Hugh Freeze knows how to lead teenage boys around by their dicks.

Where did 247 rank his recruiting classes?

Maybe you should ask 247 why they weren't able to identify the classes that were capable of making a championship run while having 10 NFL draft picks.

But, I've already told you why.
