Rank the following from best to worst. Muschamp, McElwain, Mullen, Napier. I would think Mullen is the best but the program was a disaster when he left.

All had 10+ win seasons but mullen left the program in the worst shape. Just gave up when UF thought NIL would go away and refused to play ball. A good coach could have weathered that but Mullen just didn't give a shite.
Muschamp was over his head but I really thought he'd turn out ok. Never cared about offense and we had some very sad squads on that side of the ball despite having some great players. Signing two 5 star QBs in the same class is unlikely to happen again. And we had two legit NFL TEs in Trey Burton and Jordan Reed
McElwain never impressed me and won in a very down SEC East. Who knows what happens if Grier doesn't get busted for SARMs. The shite he took isn't even very useful, total waste. Plus fricking that shark was a bad look.
Napier is doing the slow and steady approach but is utter dogshit so far. Only way he'll keep fan support is making a bowl this year. He's put together a good team though so blowing it might be good for UF.
1. Mullen
2. Muschamp
3. Napier
4. McElwaiin

Muschamp is easily the worst. Born on 3rd base except he ran into the dugout halfway to home plate.

He definitely walked into a great situation but won 11 games in year two.
I think he was cursed by being saddled to John Brantley, who had no business running any SEC offense.
Jeff Driskel getting a ten year NFL career is not something I could have predicted. He and Brissett could have made a great combo if they coached them up but they went with Driskel and never taught him how to play.

It's a MIRACLE we won 11 games that one year. You can thank Dan Quinn for that.

For sure.
I think the bigger miracle is 2015 when our garbage team got to the SEC championship with Treon Harris.

Because the Vols choked and Mark Richt let Faton Bauta decide his fate at UGA. I think that's the year Spurrier quit too.Remember we needed the refs to beat 3-9 FAU.

I don't give any UF coach credit for beating the Vols. Close to an automatic win.
Napier beating them this year was so funny.

The Ole Miss game was such an anomaly.

First time we saw uf clicking on all cylinders in years.
The Auburn game in 2019 was similar. We actually looked competent.

Depends what you mean as best
In terms of play calling and game day management Mullen is probably the best
But in terms of building a program, making staff hires, and recruiting he was the worst
Muschamp left Grier and an elite defense that helped macelwain win the East twice (once with Treon Harris for half the season and once with Luke Del Rio)
Mac left Mullen with Kyle Trask, Kyle Pitts, Kadarius Toney , Jordan Scarlett, and lemical perine, along with some solid pieces on defense.
Mullen left a steaming pile of shite behind

But losing to Kentucky must've hurt.

Agree with this assessment.

On muschamp. There are two separate film incidents of gator off linemen blocking each other(one of the incidents was really solid play through the whistle blocking too) later at usce I saw the same exct same shite on post game highlights

KY owns them. And after N1co makes them look dumber in Neyland this year than Hooker made them look two years ago, the circle will be complete.
The UT game is their Super Bowl.
