Actually I had Arkansas as the preseason favorite because of Hagen Smith and knowing everytime he took the mound your odds of winning were extremely high

Both A&M and Tennessee were the betting favorites by a good margin.

That number 5 team last year was the team that spent the majority of the year at #1.

I think the pressure of pitching on a team that rarely produced any real run support wore down Smith in the end.
