Just can’t believe Tony Vitello could be so “classless”.

The only people that hate Tony V are the ones that can’t beat his teams.

Will you repeat that? Thanks

Wut?
Maybe he’s doing these things to help clean up his image.

Did you have a stroke? What you said?

Damage control but who cares.

There is no fan base that blows more smoke up their own asses then Vol fans.

What's the worst, most classless and despicable thing Tony Vitello has ever done? Like, actually be specific here.
Does him not suspending/kicking Beck off the team when he once flipped off an outfielder that got burned by his scorching base clearing line drive two seasons ago in a Regional final game represent the worst thing he's "responsible" for?
Was Drew Gilbert getting ejected against Notre Dame in the Supers an example of Tony V immorally 'crossing a line' with his character and class?
Has his players not once getting into trouble off the field under his now full 6th year in Knoxville hurt or helped his overall "bad image"?
My best guess is him lightly belly tapping a chest while arguing with a goober umpire in that 2022 Alabama series likely is the most egregious mark that you will claim earns him a "bad image" in your eyes.
Genuinely curious as to what specifically it is that makes Tony Vitello an obviously flawed character who must struggle to overcome this supposed "bad image"

They can’t come up with anything other than your list of crimes. Lmao.

1) He wins a lot
2) All the antics (pimp coat ) and bat flipping he let occur- he is head coach
But that stuff seems to be commonplace now. Guy can coach and recruit. I coach football at high school with 14 state championships. “They hate us cause they ain’t us.” He actually seems to have grown up some grown up some so don’t think the hate for him is as strong.

Notre Dame must love him.

He's still doing damage control from that 2022 debacle. We ain't buying it.

The guy that is clearly a jackass did something good. I bet you all feel stupid now.

Ugh, that darn pimp coat and 'Daddy' cap trend after HRs that instantly was copied by literally everyone else in the sport because it was fun and helped college baseball as a whole generate more attention from casual fans...
Agreed with the sentiments expressed in the rest of your post here, but if him letting his guys unleash a fun and harmless trend when celebrating a HR that was adopted throughout all of college baseball is a central reason proving his supposed "bad image", then I rest my case.
Guess you can't be having too much "fun" out there, there's unwritten rules in this sport apparently and such!

truth is that none of us want Tennessee to have nice things. he's a hell of a skipper if we're being honest, but i hope you lose every game from here on out well, because you're Tennessee

Obviously I'm biased and am a huge fan of what he's done at UT. But truly objectively speaking, Tony couldn't be more down to Earth and friendly to everyone who ever comes in contact with him throughout UT's campus and Knoxville/Tennessee community as a whole. Dude is elite at communicating and dealing with people around him.
Has that rare gift few have where he can make whoever it is he is talking to feel like they are the most important person in the world.

Beyond fair

Likewise to you Bammers. May your seasons in whatever sport it is in the future be miserable experiences for Gumps everywhere!
