Heck, some folks don’t know the words to the national anthem for crying out loud. Even some who sing it on the field. Help em out…

I wouldn’t disparage kids for not knowing the take me out to the ballgame song, heck I had to google Dixieland delight to see what that was.I grew up when take me out to the ballgame was a thing, what kid knows about crackerjacks?
But not knowing the words to the national anthem is failure from the first grade up of the school system. No reason for any American citizen to not know that.

I agree with you almost wholeheartedly except for the fact that cracker jacks are amazing and every kid show know about them still

It is intentional. Our school system is completely fricked.
If there is anything many of them hate more than the national anthem it is baseball.
