Outside of Alabama, Oklahoma, and Ohio State they're probably the most consistent programs over the last 20 years

I’d have to imagine BCS bowls, 10 win seasons, and being consistently relevant the in the 21st century in a Power5 conference.
All 3 don’t have the marque the others in tier 1 have but have consistently very relevant since 2000.
Did not see the fine print.

I could be off a little, but I think iowa might have scored a total of 9 points in the past three seasons....most boring team I've ever seen take the field.
